hellosukh helps people connect with counselors and manage session requests. We are not a medical provider and do not provide clinical advice or emergency services.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. Sessions booked through this platform are between the counselor and client directly.

Users of the platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information, including counselor credentials where relevant.
• Communicate respectfully and honestly.
• Adhere to the booking and cancellation policies set by individual counselors.
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

hellosukh helps with connection and scheduling. Counselors are responsible for managing their own availability and session rates. Any disputes regarding session content or payments must be resolved directly between the counselor and client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hellosukh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform or services provided by counselors listed on hellosukh.
