The Struggle for a Unified Platform
Sukhpreet Kaur spent years working in various organizational settings, successfully helping people navigate their mental health journeys. However, when she transitioned to independent practice, she encountered a significant hurdle: the technology gap.
She struggled to find a single, unified platform where she could seamlessly manage her clients, handle bookings, and be discovered by new seekers. Instead, she was forced to juggle multiple platforms.
Most features she needed were hidden behind steep paywalls across different services. This fragmentation took a toll not only on her workflow but also on her clients, who had to navigate disjointed systems, causing friction and impacting trust. Crucial features like our secure "CareBox" for sharing resources simply didn't exist in an integrated way.
That’s when she decided to fix it. Partnering with her husband, Ranjodh Singh, they set out to build the platform she always wished she had.
